Who you are buying from
All orders placed on happymammothusa.com are sold by Happy Mammoth. Our only customer contact channel is support@happymammothusa.com.
Prices and currency
Prices are displayed in the currency of your market and include free shipping. Any discount or multi-jar price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Import duties or local taxes, where they apply, are set by your country and charged separately by the authorities.
Placing an order
- You choose your formula and the number of jars, and add them to the cart.
- At checkout you enter your email and delivery address and pay.
- You receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms we received the order, not that a contract exists.
- The contract is formed when we confirm the despatch of your order.
Please read the ingredient list and the directions on the product page before paying, and check them against any allergy, medical condition or medication you have.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken once, when the order is placed. We never ask for card details by email.
Delivery and cancellation
We despatch within 1–3 business days and delivery normally takes 5–15 business days. You may cancel free of charge while the order is still being prepared, and you may claim our 60 Day Money Back Guarantee within 60 days of delivery under our Refund Policy. Order cancellations are described in our Cancellations policy. Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal under the law of your country, that right applies in addition to this policy and is not reduced by it.
