This website is operated by Happy Mammoth ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting happymammothusa.com, browsing it or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Terms of Sale, Cancellations policy, Privacy Policy and Legal Notice.
2. Using the store
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order; our products are not intended for anyone under 18. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to copy, scrape or resell its content, images or product descriptions without our written permission.
3. Products, prices and availability
We do our best to describe our formulas, ingredients and packaging accurately, but formulas and labels can be updated and small variations are normal. All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include the cost of shipping. Prices, promotions and availability can change at any time before an order is placed. Offers such as multi-jar bundles are valid while displayed and while stock lasts.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example when a product is out of stock, when a price or description was published in error, or when we suspect fraudulent or abusive use — and in that case we refund you in full. A binding contract exists when we confirm despatch. Order cancellations are governed by our Cancellations policy.
